Commission Only Sales Representative

This role has a singular purpose - to generate more qualified prospects for the company's service offerings as a full-service marketing and advertising agency - to open doors through which our management team may enter to develop and close new business to continue the growth our company has experienced during its first decade of service.  The role entails research to determine potential areas of need, and making inquiries to prospective businesses in Indiana primarily, and some surrounding states. If you have had success in this type of role elsewhere, you understand the type and level of cold call and outreach required for success. The company will provide targeted lists to supplement the sales rep’s own research.

The role is compensated on qualified prospects that result in new closed business, with a generous commission and bonus structure, and unlimited potential. There is NO cap on compensation whatsoever. Success can lead to a full-time salaried position if desired, enhanced with commission and bonus.

This is a full-time role for the right person, and the role may also be tailored to the part-time needs of the right individual.

We are seeking a strong self-starter who will hit the ground running, and candidates with agency or consultative B2B sales experience will be given priority for consideration.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in synch with business goals and objectives
  • Initiate contact with identified targets, set initial phone calls and meetings, and provide follow-up
  • Manage sales activity through established company tracking tools
  • Assist in developing value propositions that will resonate with prospective clients
