543 Group Completes DAM Implementation Engagement with $22B Office Products Provider

The 543 Group recently successfully completed a 9-month engagement leading a core team of client staff through strategy, implementation, and launch of the Bynder DAM platform for an international provider of office products sold online and through retail. The engagement including providing overall project management for launch and roll-out of the Bynder Asset Bank as well as the Creative Workflows or CPM module. The engagement including conversion of over 45,000 assets from prior repositories as well as an additional 75,000 new assets imported directly to Bynder.

Many deliverables were provided throughout the engagement, including strategic and foundational deliverables such as Business Requirements, Current State Analysis, Future State Modeling, Standards, Use Cases, Roadmaps and Implementation Plan, and numerous deliverables during implementation including Taxonomy & Metadata Model, Portal Configuration, Assets Migration, Integrations Oversight, Process Flows & Presets, Governance Guidelines and Training. The core team also met regularly with an executive oversight Steering Committee to report progress and mitigate any pending issues that required their input.
